A short questionnaire covers your style instincts, how you use the room, dimensions, and what you’d like to keep or remove. You’ll also share images that capture the feeling you’re drawn to.
Sharing your inspiration
Images are the most direct way to communicate instinct. Share a curated Pinterest board or upload images directly — rooms, textures, objects, or details that feel right to you, even if you can’t explain why.

Every piece is linked and sourced. Many are available directly through the Ikigai shop — so you can begin immediately.
Common questions
Do I need professional measurements or photos?
Smartphone photos and approximate measurements are fine for The Edit and The Concept. For The Full Edit, we’ll send a simple measurement guide to ensure the 3D render is accurate.
What kind of inspiration images should I share?
Anything that captures a feeling — finished rooms, close-up textures, furniture, light quality, even a colour from a painting. You can share a curated Pinterest board or upload images directly in your brief. There’s no right or wrong; we’re reading instinct, not instructions.
Can I order multiple rooms at once?
Yes — a 10% discount applies when you book two or more rooms in the same package tier.
Are products sourced exclusively from the Ikigai shop?
We prioritise Ikigai-stocked pieces, but we’ll always recommend the right object over a convenient one. All external suppliers are vetted to the same ethical and sustainability standard.
What if the design isn’t right for me?
The Edit includes one complimentary swap request. The Concept and Full Edit include formal revision rounds where you can redirect the concept before final delivery.
